Juntos Marketing

Juntos Marketing was founded in 2006 by Carolyn Loton as a strategic marketing consultancy with a consumer focus.

Juntos Marketing works with a variety of clients across a range of industries. Our clients range from start ups through medium sized businesses to multinationals. We work with businesses, not for profit organizations, government and cooperatives. Our industry experience includes:

Principal - Carolyn Loton

As Principal of Juntos Marketing, Carolyn Loton brings a wide range of marketing and sales skills to the business, including

These skills were gained working at some of Australia’s largest consumer goods companies, including Simplot Australia, Uncle Tobys, Goodman Fielder and Nestle.

Carolyn has worked on many market-leading brands, including Nanna’s, Herbert Adams and 4N’20 Pies, Edgell, Leggo’s, Birdseye, Uncle Tobys, Country Cup and Lush. Carolyn has significant and wide ranging cross-functional skills, having held executive positions in both marketing and sales. She also brings extensive project management experience to Juntos.

Prior to working in the consumer goods industry, Carolyn’s original background was in the health sector.

Carolyn holds a Master of Business Administration from Edinburgh University, as well as a Diploma in Marketing and Bachelor of Applied Science.

She is an active member of the Marketing Women Association, and a regular mentor in their mentoring programme. She is also a lecturer at the Sydney University Continuing Education Centre.

Since founding Juntos Marketing in 2006, Carolyn has worked with such clients as Dairy Australia, Lush, The Cancer Council NSW, ACE Body Corporate and Nestle Australia.
